4. Embrace summer with your taste buds
Inspired by the sultry heat of summer, Japanese-French restaurant Lewin Terrace has introduced a new menu that draws inspiration from this season’s bounty.
With five- and seven-course menus ($128 & $188 respectively) available, diners can feast their taste buds on French cuisine imbued with Japanese flavours, such as the burrata cheese-encased Amera tomato and New Caledonian angel prawn enrobed in kadayif (finely-shredded filo pastry).
