2. Wine down at PS.Cafe
Now in its third year, PS.Cafe’s monthly wine-tasting series, Sunday Wine Down, continues to bring guests on an international journey to experience the best wines that the world has to offer.
Held on the last Sunday of each month from 4-6pm, wines diverse in style and price point are carefully selected, and guests are invited to-try-before-you-buy, making the daunting experience of choosing wine much more enjoyable.
The new wave of Australian wines will be celebrated at the upcoming Sunday Wine Down on 25 March, and diners can expect small-batch production, organic, biodynamic and natural wines along with Old World grapes that have found a new lease on life Down Under.
