11. Chow on a burger that emulates rapper icon Tupac
While others erect statues or name roads in honour of a legend, Three Buns does things different with its Tribute Burger series, featuring gourmet burgers created to pay homage to some influential icons in the music realm. The series changes after three months. After the debut edition that pays tribute to Queen and David Bowie, Three Buns has moved on to giving hiphop forefather Tupac Shakur his due with the 2Stac Shakur ($22) – a double-stacked burger, consisting of Sakura chicken topped with smoky Sriracha and Hennessy mayonnaise, pickled daikon and mofo buffalo sauce all on a toasted rice bun and served with a spicy buffalo wing on the side. This Tupac Shakur inspired burger will only be available at Potato Head Singapore till October 2018.
