2. Pink High Tea at Shangri-La Singapore
In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, The Rose Veranda at Shangri-La Singapore has crafted a special Pink High Tea. The aim is to increase awareness and raise funds for the Breast Cancer Foundation.
The Pink High Tea promises an experience that tastes as wonderful as it looks. Setting the tone for a leisurely afternoon, an array of enticing appetisers such as Spanish Tuna with Candied Peach on Rose Brioche Roll will captivate one’s palate. This is followed by choosing from one of three main courses including Pan-seared Halibut with Pink Cauliflower Purée and Beetroot Orange Espuma, or Black Angus Beef Tenderloin with a duo of Pink Parsnip, Truffle Irish Potato topped with Morel Jus. After that, Pink High Tea will serve an alluring selection of dainty desserts in beautiful blush hues of pink to the table in a classic three-tier stand.
Available from 1 to 31 October, the hotel will donate S$2 from each high tea set sold to the Breast Cancer Foundation Singapore to support their local programs on eradicating breast cancer as a life-threatening disease.
