10. TENCE Art of Shoes Design competition
The finalists of TENCELTM Art of Shoes Design Competition (AOS) 2020 will head to the grand finale of the TENCELTM Art of Shoes Design Competition, which will be held on 28th January 2021, 7 PM to 7:40 PM. It will be streamed via TaF.tc’s dedicated website, as well as on their Youtube and Facebook pages.
For these 11 finalists, the competition has truly heated up as they battle to be among the top three places to win a fully-sponsored Diploma in Footwear Design and Product Development, worth S$25,910. Winners can also gain opportunities including internships with sponsoring companies as well as an experiential trip to the prestigious ARSUTORIA institution in Italy specialising in shoe and bag making.
After the Finale, the 11 finalists of the competition will see their designs listed on the TENCELTM Art of Shoes’ official online retail site. Members of the public can place pre-orders for their potential new sneakers on this site and support their favourite home-grown designers.
