On 14 February, Public Ristorante demonstrates what it’s like to be in love in Italy with its six-course Valentine’s Day menu ($98 per pax). Created to the beat of sharing the love, the restaurant will serve up a slew of classic Italian dishes such as buffalo mozzarella with smoked caviar, seabass carpaccio, wagyu short ribs and a crowd-pleasing tiramisu. Plus, a special crafted evocative cocktail called Rosy Cheeks to keep spirits high and love in full bloom!
