From the heart-pounding moment of your first date to that firework feeling straight after the first kiss, Le Binchotan revisits all the stages of love through its four-course Valentine’s Day Menu ($168 per couple), available from 9 to 14 February. Lovers will embark on this love trip with an amuse bouche, featuring seafood treasures such as uni and oysters, and a foie gras starter that both reflect the first encounter with the one, followed by a choice of steak or seafood pasta dish as a symbol of togetherness. The culinary journey concludes on a sweet note with a white chocolate-infused matcha powder moulded into apple to give the saying “the apple of one’s eye” a culinary form. Super corny, right? But we’ll let this one pass in the name of love.
