World’s favourite cat robot is making his way to the National Museum of Singapore!
From 31 October to 27 December 2020, head down to the National Museum of Singapore and explore Doraemon’s Time-Travelling Adventures in Singapore. You can see Doraemon everywhere!
Easily one of the most famous doors in Japanese manga and anime, the Anywhere Door can be found alongside lovable Doraemon statues across the museum’s front lawn. Another of Doraemon’s classic gadgets, the Time Machine, invites you to travel through both time and space.
Don’t forget to look out for Doraemon’s Gadgets of the Future, where visitors can view some of his fascinating gadgets including the Doc-in-a-Box and Shrink Ray. Time to show off your fun time with Doraemon on your Instagram.
Besides these, in conjunction with the School Holidays Season from 16 November 2020, National Museum of Singapore will launch a series of programmes including the Get Curious! trail, which will feature a fun tic-tac-toe game at the museum. Participants will stand a chance to win a specially-curated range of the museum’s merchandise with Doraemon Singapore-themed collectibles designed by homegrown designed lifestyle goods brand Supermama!
For those keen to get their hands on the collectibles, National Museum of Singapore will also be selling limited quantities of the collectible sets on selected weekends during the school holiday period. More details will be shared on the National Museum’s website and social media platforms closer to the launch date.
Admission is free for Singaporeans and permanent residents, so hurry up! Mark your calendar!
