Ditch the facial and turn to these beauty gadgets to solve your skin problems

As much as I love pampering my skin with facials, it is no doubt an expensive routine to upkeep.
Hence, my go-to alternatives include masks and a slew of newly-discovered beauty gadgets, which have been doing a good job when it comes to keeping my complexion in tip-top condition.
On my recent trip to New York, these three beauty gadgets have also become my trusty Fashion Week essentials:
1. Clarisonic Mia Fit
The all new Clarisonic Mia Fit ($250) now comes in a new, compact travel size, giving you smooth and radiant skin on-the-go.
It fits comfortably into the palm of your hand, cleansing up to six times better than hands alone. The two new speed settings—Delicate and Power Cleanse — remove impurities, sunscreen and makeup.
Plus, the device now charges faster; and once fully charged, it can easily last for more than two weeks.
I’ve used the Clarisonic for years and am relieved that it is now available in a travel-friendly size, while still using the same interchangeable brush heads.
During my time at New York, I used the Clarisonic to thoroughly cleanse my skin, exfoliate and remove my makeup.
The result? It kept my skin clear of unwanted outbreaks and ready for the rest of my skincare routine.
Available at all major departmental stores and Sephora Singapore.
