2. Work the Program mode

If you’re working with a DSLR, try using the “Program” (P) mode! This allows you to focus on ISO and exposure compensation, while the camera takes care of everything else. As most food photography takes place indoors, remember to keep your ISO between 800 and 1,600 for optimum effect.
