9. Check for seller’s ratings and review
Just like any other platforms, you should check the rating of sellers and customers feedback, review of the product before taking the plunge. The rating of the seller is indicated with symbols. It also comes in multiple tiers as shown above.
Every positive rating gives the seller +1 point, whilst a neutral and negative rating gives 0 and -1 point respectively. Once a seller acquires enough +1 to max out 5 symbols, they then ‘level up’ to the next symbol. So do use the rating system as an indication of the seller’s credibility.
