Show your love and gratitude for the exceptional woman in your life with an elegant meal featuring modern Asian cuisine, specially curated by Executive Chef Maksym Chukanov. The menu showcases a delectable selection of dishes, including the sweet, plump Japanese Amela Tomato, specially flown in from Shizuoka prefecture, Japan, followed by a pan-seared Canadian Lobster Tail atop a creamy, aromatic dhal risotto and pumpkin curry. Indulge mom with CÉ LA VI’s Mother’s Day dessert special, a crisp Pavlova with juicy peach, citrusy-fresh yuzu and lemon thyme textures.
