We’re half-expecting a parody theme song titled “I Want Eat That Brain”

Syfy has announced a new project coming this Labour Day, and it’s nothing short of amusing.
Touted as a “boy band zombie Western”, the TV movie Dead 7 will premiere this Sunday, May 1, at 10pm on Syfy Asia (StarHub Ch 517). It will star members of beloved boy bands Backstreet Boys, NSync, 98 Degrees and O-Town.
Dead 7 follows a ragtag band of gunslingers who team up to rid a small Western town of a zombie plague.

The two-hour movie is headlined by Backstreet Boys’ Nick Carter as Jack, the reluctant hero who unites the town’s outlaws in a showdown against the undead menace. He’s accompanied by his wife, actress Lauren Kitt-Carter.
Other members you can expect to see are Backstreet Boys’ AJ McLean and Howie Dorough; NSync’s Joey Fatone and Chris Kirkpatrick; 98 Degrees’ Jeff Timmons; and O-Town’s Erik-Michael Estrada, Jacob Underwood, Trevor Penick and Dan Miller.
