This will be your first time spending New Year’s in Singapore – does it hold any special meaning to you?

Yes, this is indeed my first time. I’ve always been doing countdown shows in Taiwan, so this is a refreshing experience for me to spend my New Year’s overseas.

Actually, I find this rather meaningful as I visited Singapore on my last two tours, so I’m quite close with my Singaporean fans. I feel like we’ve grown together and they’re very supportive of me.

Can you reveal a bit about what you’ll be showing to fans?

This year’s countdown performance will be quite the affair. We’re bringing in a live band, and I’ll be performing popular hits from my albums. Some of these songs will even get a different arrangement or lyrics!
