The biggest and most anticipated of all? Award-winning ginger musician Ed Sheeran, who recently dropped his latest album “Divide” – which we learned almost didn’t include “Shape of You”. Don’t tell us you were saving that hit for “Game of Thrones”, Ed!

Another guest appearance can be expected by actor Jim Broadbent (Bridget Jones’ Baby, Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince), as a maester in the Citadel where Sam Tully has arrived and will seem to spend quite a bit of time in.

Finally (potential spoilers ahead!), Mastodon guitarist Brent Hinds has revealed that he will be returning to Season 7, but no longer as the Wildling he was in Season 5. Hmm, that smells like trouble brewing for our friends in the North.

Season 7 of “Game of Thrones” will be premiered on 17 Jul, 9am, on HBO (StarHub TV Ch 601).
