10. Arya kills the Night King (Season 8, Episode 3)

All hail Arya Stark, the Night King slayer! The final season has its ups and downs, maybe more downs, but the moment when Arya kills the Night King is a big thumbs up. Fans have had their theories of who would be the one to perform the much-anticipated strike (with Jon Snow’s name coming up often), and when it finally happened, it felt certainly like only Arya could have done it.

Showrunners David Benioff and D.B. Weiss said, “It’s probably three years now or something we’ve known that it was going to be Arya who delivers that fatal blow.”
