Hip casual diner, Potato Head Folk is bringing in iconic Japanese streetwear fashion label, Neighborhood, for a month-long pop up. To mark the occasion, there’ll be two specially concocted gin-based cocktails affectionately called ‘Neighbourhood shake’ and ‘Barrio Cooler’. But what we’re more excited about is the ‘Neighborhood burger’ — a Mexican-themed burger consisting of a beef patty, topped with triple jalapeño cheese, deconstructed tomato salsa, pickled chili, and a mole mayonnaise, all sandwiched between a delicious cornmeal brioche bun.
