2. Musical TARU (恐龙复活了!)

Fans of dinosaurs and the Night at the Museum movies should not miss Musical TARU! From 7 December to 13 January 2019, Resorts World Sentosa theatres presents an original Mandarin musical production about a mysterious night of the lunar eclipse, when a natural history museum’s exhibits come to life. When the fossil of a baby T-rex, TARU, goes missing, it’s up to two young siblings and an aspiring archaeologist at the museum to work with the other resurrected creatures and search for TARU. Their wild and fantastical adventure features life-sized dinosaur skeletons and more spectacular puppetry, sure to captivate audiences of all ages. This production is a localised adaptation of the original Musical TARU, which was a box-office hit in South Korea and dubbed the ‘No. 1 Family Musical in Korea’ by Arts Council Korea. Featuring a Singapore setting and several local actors (such as Wong Jinglun and Ling Xiao), this adaptation looks to be a delight for our local families, too!
