In tandem with societal and health trends in the Asia Pacific region, the sixth edition of Food Japan in Singapore will be featuring healthy and functional food products. Look forward to a wide array of health food, including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, and MSG-free options.
There will be over 200 exhibitors from 37 prefectures filling up Halls 401 and 402 of Suntec Singapore Convention and Exhibition Centre then, showcasing a total of some 3000 ingredients, fresh produce, and F&B equipment.
If you’re looking for a guilt-free libation, give the Amazake drink a try. An alcohol-free beverage, the high-protein fermented rice drink powered with amino acid and vitamins is popular among Japanese families for its health and beauty benefits.
