12. Explore a Time Capsule
French luxury retail house Louis Vuitton presents Time Capsule, a journey through the history of the House that revisits its landmark innovations in technology and designs. Travel from the House’s beginnings in 1854 to the present day, and see how LV has anticipated the needs and desires of a changing world over 160 years, in a captivating story told using rare and celebrated objects selected from the LV archives.
The exhibition will focus on four key aspects of the LV story: The Codes of the House tracing back to LV’s very first trunks; Journeys around the world; Elegance and Beauty in Motion; as well as Louis Vuitton and the Arts highlighting the House’s collaborations with architects, artists, and designers across the decades.
