Keyaki has refreshed its kaiseki-style Bubbly Brunch (from $75), which now features a curated menu of 40 dishes. The spread includes sashimi, tempura and teppanyaki, alongside 20 new dishes specially created by Master Chef Hiroshi Ishii. The customisable eight-course menu lets you pick from five options per course, complemented by unlimited bubbly.
