1. Savour a three-Michelin-starred menu at Fratelli by Chefs Enrico and Roberto Cerea
This July, Fratelli Trattoria and Pizzeria at Resorts World Sentosa (RWS) will be welcoming back celebrity chef brothers Enrico and Roberto Cerea, for 4 days only from 2 to 5 July. The Cerea Brothers, who run second-generation three-Michelin-starred Da Vittorio in Lombardy, Italy, will present a refreshed menu of Italian classics and new signatures inspired by heritage recipes. Using only the freshest in seasonal produce and ingredients, you can look forward to elegant and exquisite dishes such as Pan-seared foie gras with sous vide apples and citrus sauce; Classic Carnaroli risotto in tomato bisque, red Mazara del Vallo prawns and Lipari Island capers; and 48 hours braised beef short ribs in Port wine, Ratte potato puree and buttered Haricort vert.
