5. Indulge in some street food by the beach

Kicking off its Feast campaign this July, Sentosa will be launching its second edition of Grillfest in line with the Singapore Food Festival 2018. The annual event that will be happening from 13-29 July turns the island of fun into a gastronomical haven is Singapore’s only food street by the beach. It’s no longer going to be a boring walk from Beach Station to Siloso Beach as there will be a 1km long food stretch every Friday to Sunday featuring a myriad of mouth-watering food stalls. The hawker scene in Singapore is far from over! With a resurgent batch of second-generation hawkers and young hawker entrepreneurs or “hawkerpreneurs’’, get ready to be amazed by new spins on classical delights like laksa mentai soft shell crab rice bowls and salted egg yolk chicken and waffles. Don’t forget to pamper your taste buds this coming weekend and head down to Sentosa for this once a year experience.
