Once again shaking up the food scene with new creations, Maison Ikkoku launched a new brunch menu that is only offered on weekends. Introducing a series of savoury organic buckwheat, gluten-free crepe, diners should be excited by the idea of having crepe with foie gras. Cooked to an absolute perfection, the Foie Gras Oolala ($32) came with a generous serving of foie gras, that was golden brown on the outside but ever soft and rich on the inside. During this weekly affair, diners get to witness their brunch being made live at the crepe station.
