You Can Now Book Soon Kueh Workshops, Pottery Lessons & More On AirBnb

The website expands its Trips service to Singapore

Ever wanted to feel like a tourist in your own country? Now’s the time to act: AirBnb has introduced Trips to Southeast Asia, with Singapore being the first stop.

AirBnb’s Trips feature, which was first announced in November last year, offers localised cultural, foodie and artsy experiences hosted by local experts.

For Singaporeans, this means the chance to show off your native skills in kueh-making or playing an instrument, or even to rediscover our home and its heritage.

Experiences that AirBnb users can book in Singapore include soon kueh-making led by One Kueh at a Time at Jalan Besar’s Berseh Food Centre, pottery-making at Thow Kwang Pottery and cooking locally grown produce at One Kind House.

There are now more than 800 “Experiences” available in 14 cities around the world, including Singapore, Bangkok, Tokyo, Seoul and Sydney.
