2. Experience Sports Fit-Sessions
Apart from the weekend sessions, Experience Sports FIT-Sessions’ weekday sessions usually happen after 7pm on the weekdays. Conducted by qualified and high-energy trainers, the sessions include popular fitness workouts such as Yoga, Zumba, Cardio Blast and are held around the 100PLUS Promenade and Sports Hub Lawn Bowls.
