The day we've all been waiting for is finally here! Pokemon GO is now available for download on the app store and android marketplace. What a glorious weekender this is about to be, just in time to celebrate National Day too. Thanks Niantic!

Here are our tips on how to level up fast so that you can brag about your Pokemon to your colleagues come Monday.

5. Visit city landmarks to catch rare Pokemon

If you have your eye on catching rare Pokemon like Dragonair and Dratini, you need to head down to landmarks and places of interest. Follow the hashtag #pokemongosg to see where people have found Pokemon you want to catch.

Fairy type Pokemon like Jigglypuff and Clefairy are also said to spawn near landmarks and churches. Fighter type Pokemon tend to spawn near gyms and psychic or ghost type Pokemon only spawn at night.
