If choosing between a burger and yusheng is a dilemma you ever had to face, there’s always the Huat Rock Burger ($25) — available from Feb 1-29.

Created by Hard Rock Cafe to celebrate the Lunar New Year, the innovative burger features a beef patty served alongside a refreshing ‘Lo Hei’-inspired salad with tangy plum sauce and crunchy golden pillow crackers.

Vibrantly-coloured ingredients like carrots, pomelo and radish, surround the burger for an auspicious finish.

Guests attending the Superbowl screening have the chance to walk away with two Freeflow Prime Rib dinners in a lucky draw, and groups of ten of more will receive either a free tower of San Miguel/Stella Artois or a Wings Platter.
