Each time March rolls around, the annual St Patrick’s Day makes the case for colourful festivities, Irish cuisine and celebratory drinking.

To get in the heat of the action, don’t miss out on the St Patrick’s Day Street Festival, which will be held from 17 to 19 Mar along Circular Road.

Famed for its cluster of bars, the iconic street will be transformed into a pedestrian-only zone for the weekend.

Here are three festival highlights:

1. Guinness-infused food and drinks

What’s St Patrick’s Day without all things green? And we’re not talking about leprechauns and shamrock leaves.

New this year is a series of specially created Guinness-infused and ‘green’ dishes and drinks by participating F&B establishments.

Diners can look forward to Mogambo’s Guinness Punch of Guinness, cinnamon, nutmeg and condensed milk; classic Irish Lamb & Guinness Stew at Hero’s; and a green Pahadi Poulet of chicken kebabs marinated in mint at Roll Up.
