Menbaka’s first-ever beef ramen, the Aburi Hokkaido-Wagyu Ramen is cooked in Menbaka’s in-house katsuobushi broth. Choose between the Aburi Japanese Hokkaido-wagyu or Aburi New Zealand organic Striploin. The broth is further elevated with the melted Wagyu fats and essence for a deeper flavour profile. The overall dish is then topped with ito togarashi (chilli shreds) for a tinge of kick and freshly cut negi for fragrance & crunchiness.
Level Up the indulgence with the Truffle Mazesomen. The somen teuchifu is drizzled with a generous amount of a white truffle oil secret mix.
