1. Opus Bar and Grill Launches Free Flowing Sunday Brunch

Opus Sunday Brunch is available every Sunday from 12:30pm to 3:30pm and includes a wide selection of international dishes, served buffet-style, and free-flowing alcohol packages.

Selection includes a variety of cheese, cured meats, a cold seafood counter, international cuisine with a Japanese Corner serving sushi and sashimi, a French section with a live foie gras station and an Italian Counter with freshly cooked pasta, along with much more.

There are 9 different types of seafood for your to enjoy – including Boston Lobster, Alaskan King Crab Legs, Tiger Prawns and Fine de Claire and New Zealand oysters for seafood lovers. As for meat lovers, indulge in Smoked Honey Glazed Royal Pepper Ham and Wagyu Pastrami – from the cured meats library.

Prices start at S$98++ per adult and S$59++ per child. Those looking to add a touch of festivities to proceedings can supercharge their experience; for S$148++, Prosecco, wine and beer are also included, and for S$178++, diners can sip on free-flowing Champagne Laurent-Perrier Brut and access a mix-it-yourself Mojito bar, complete with a variety of fruits and garnishes to muddle up the perfect Mojito.
