Chinese Chef Mok Kit Keung of Shang Palace. A native of Hong Kong, Chef Mok was previously at the helm of the Michelin two-starred Shang Palace at Kowloon Shangri-La, Hong Kong. Drawing from over 35 years of culinary experience in traditional Cantonese
cuisine and having a penchant for nourishing ingredients, Chef Mok recreates his most sought-after signature Mini Baked Custard with Bird’s Nest mooncake, to be made available for the first time in Singapore.
