Alkaff Mansion Ristorante’s eggs-traordinary Easter Brunch ($$138++ for adults, $58++ for children) features Italian brunch dishes such as Bresaola Carpaccio with Honey and Ricotta Cheese and Gnocchetti Sardi in Campidanese Sauce for Easter with unlimited supply of Prosecco, wines and activities for all. The Courtyard at The Fullerton

Un Menú Glorioso De Pascua
(A Glorious Easter Feast, $26 per person, minimum 4 pax) is available from Apr 18 to 20. Be prepared for a staggering eight-dish affair. The Easter fiesta includes the intriguing Cuello de Pollo (fried chicken neck seasoned with salt and white pepper), moreish Spicy Mozzarella Fritters, fiery Pollo Rojo (grilled ‘red’ chicken with chilli pepper sauce), tempura Crispy Dory Fillet with Guacamole, and sweet char-grilled Elote (corn with butter and cheese). There is also Easter egg painting where winners stand a chance to get $100 voucher by posting pics at #LowerEastSide on Instagram or on the restaurant’s Facebook page.
Lime’s culinary brigade will be whipping up an extensive repertoire ($108++ to $148++) with highlights such as Herb-Crusted Chilean Sea Bass, Jamon Iberico, Chilli Crab and Singapore Laksa with Slipper Lobster. Plenty of chocolate Easter-themed treats will be given away as well.
Be like Charlie in the Chocolate Factory with this buffet brunch ($78++) at Tablescape at Movenpick Heritage Hotel Sentosa and look forward to a resplendent buffet spread of international fare, including a sizeable assortment of chocolate delights and a giant chocolate bar weighing over 100kg! Champagne Brunch ($158++) on Sundays at the Edge in Pan Pacific Singapore just got a whole lot sweeter. Apart from their usual intercontinental brunch fare, they also have an assortment of 20 different-flavoured chocolate Easter eggs. For all mammoth eaters, Spathe’s Easter brunch is for you. Expect sharing plates of signature and new dishes such as Tipsy Chicken ($55 for 1.5kg) – a beer-infused chicken. Other brunch stalwarts like Eggs Benedict ($17) are also served. Available Apr 18 to 20, brunch from 10am to 5pm on weekends.

A favourite aspect of Easter is definitely the array of chocolate treats and spiced hot cross buns available. We round up a few of the best places to grab some of these goodies.
Artisan Boulangerie Co.
Artisan Boulangerie Co. has cute little spiral-shaped Brioche Bunnies with chocolate chips.
The hot cross buns are coated with a sticky apricot glaze and filled with sultana, fresh apples and orange zest, then flavoured with cinnamon. Made fresh daily and available until Apr 21.
Gourmet Carousel has Easter eggs in various designs such as with little chicks adorning the treats, an Easter Orange Tart, as well as the Raspberries and Chocolate Millefeuille cake.
It also has Cranberry and Orange Hot Cross Buns.

Da Paolo Gastronomia
No hot cross bunnies this year but Da Paolo Gastronomia is bringing back the prettily-designed Easter Bunny Cupcake, a butter cupcake frosted with either chocolate or vanilla icing topped with ears and an adorable face. Available till Apr 21.
Baker & Cook
West-siders, rejoice. Baker & Cook has opened an outlet at Chip Bee Gardens in Holland Village, and just in time for Easter. The hot cross buns with sultanas and currants come in a pack of six and are made fresh daily.
The spice blend with spices such as cinnamon, coriander and cloves is made in-house. Baker & Cook also has gingerbread Easter bunnies and chocolate hot cross buns.
The Line Shop
Shangri-La Singapore presents an enchanting line-up of Easter goodies and buffets for adults and kids. Executive Pastry Chef Hervé Potus has created new Easter confectionery for sale at The Line Shop.
This year’s goodies feature six different Easter eggs clothed as hotel staff. Available until Apr 20.
