Recipe: Mocha Mug Brownie by Asian Food Channel

Ingredients

Serves 1 person

  • ¼ cup flour
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp cinnamon powder
  • ¼ cup coffee, cooled
    Substitute with 1 shot espresso
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 scoop ice cream

Step 2 – Bake brownie

  • Pour the batter into a large microwave-proof mug and microwave at high heat (1000W) for 1 minute and 40 seconds.

For a really fuss-free brownie, grab a large microwave-proof mug, and add the dry ingredients to it. Stir to combine everything, then add the wet ingredients. Mix with a fork until you get a smooth, chocolate-y batter, and microwave.
