It’s been almost a year since the inaugural edition of Michelin Guide Singapore launched, where it sparked newfound excitement for the local culinary scene.

After counting (Michelin) stars and Bib Gourmand awardees, it seemed natural that the next step would be a bustling food festival.

Come 14 and 15 Apr, Michelin Guide Singapore and Robert Parker Wine Advocate will jointly present the inaugural Michelin Guide Street Food Festival.

Meet Michelin-starred chefs.

Star-studded eats

Held at Resorts World Sentosa, the event will feature delicious offerings from different Michelin-starred eateries under one roof.

Without having to travel to far ends of our Little Red Dot, guests can enjoy star dishes from one-, two- and three-Michelin star, as well as Bib Gourmand establishments.

The star-studded line-up includes hot favourites like the world’s first-ever hawker stall to be starred in a Michelin guide, Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice & Noodle; Bib Gourmand awardee Wedang, famous for its traditional Malay favourites like Gado-Gado, Tauhu Goreng and Satay; as well as Michelin star award holders like one-star Indian restaurant Song of India; two-star Japanese restaurant Shoukouwa; and three-star Joël Robuchon Restaurant.

Diners can expect value-for-money eats, starting from $2.50.

Value-for-money prices

Set to a retro theme, the two-day event will reflect the street food culture of Singapore from the 1960s and 1970s. While the prices won’t be as low as the good old days, diners can expect value-for-money eats, starting from $2.50.

To enter, simply purchase a minimum of $20 credits to use at all stalls.

For a more exclusive experience, go for the VIP tickets at $150, which includes seats at VIP area, tasting portions from all stalls at the Street Food Festival and a choice of drink (including champagne)

Update: All tickets have been sold out. Another 100 tickets will be released on 17 Mar at 10am.
