Often, an exquisite floral arrangement would delight mum, much like Rang Mahal’s flower-inspired Mothers’ Day menu. On May 8, the four-course set menu (from $108), available in vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, will feature floral decoration as well as edible flowers.
Enjoy dishes such as the comforting Almond Pumpkin Soup with Sprinkled Marigold and Grilled Chilli Curry Leaf Lobster with Bajara Moong Khichadi (a dish made with black millet rice) and end on a sweet note with the Daisy Dessert Platter — featuring moist chocolate walnut brownie, Badam ka Sheera (almond pudding) and Pista Kulfi (Indian frosty with pistachio).
