On Jun 30 at 6.30pm, Cook & Brew will be transported back in time to the 1920s prohibition era.
Come dressed as glamorous flapper girls and dapper gentlemen will stand a chance to win a weekend staycation at The Westin Singapore. One winner from each category will be selected.
Cocktails will be at $20 nett all night, allowing you to drink yourself silly just like they did in hidden speakeasies in the 20s.
New set meals
Aside from the prohibition event happening on Jun 30, Cook & Brew has also launched new set lunches and dinner for the discerning executive gourmand.
Head down for a work day treat and have a 2-course lunch (starter and main) for $35++, or a 3-course dinner at $55++ for a starter, main course and dessert. The set menus are constantly changing to ensure that repeat guests will always have something new to try.
Alternatively, you can also order perennial favourites off the ala carte menu. We highly recommend the Whipped Buffalo Milk Ricotta which is drizzled with truffle honey and served with grilled bread.
The Canadian chef also sneaks in a few of his hometown favourites like thePoutinee “EH” and Montreal burger in the menu, both are sinful delights that go together perfectly with any of the 100 craft beers they have available.
