Restaurant Review: Tuck Into The Freshest Seafood Offerings At Fisk Seafoodbar & Market

Here, you'll find possibly the best Norwegian coldwater seafood in Singapore

Housed within a stand-alone egg-shaped glass pod with floor-to-ceiling windows, FiSK's Scandinavian-inspired decor is palpable from the second you step into the place. Here are some of our favourite dishes at this gem of a restaurant born out of Norwegian pride and Viking spirit.

Smoked Salmon, “Pulpit Rock”, $10.50

It’s never a bad time to tuck into some house-smoked Norwegian salmon. We were told that the chefs take one whole day to cure the fresh Norwegian salmon (belly, no less) with a salt and sugar brine. No wonder it tastes so good!
