Chef Piegaia presents a flurry of culinary creations from his Italian hometown
Opened in November 2012 by Executive Chef and Owner Gabriele Piegaia, Burlamacco Ristorante is a cosy and modern diner Italian diner. Bathed in earthy tones and ambient lights, the establishment beckons with its colourful Italian menu, paired with the classic Tuscan hospitality at the heart. Five years on, the restaurant still retains its friendliness and authenticity, with Chef Piegaia upping the ante with even more delectable Tuscan delights.
What’s in a pear? Plenty apparently. We found out for ourselves as we tucked into this Italian one soaked in red wine and filled with panna cotta. The house-baked lemoncello cake sealed the deal for us. If there was ever any reason to save space for dessert, this one takes the cake.
