Recipe: Summer Salad with Kombucha Dressing by Asian Food Channel

This summer salad is refreshing, with tons of flavour from the varieties of vegetables.

Ingredients

Serves 6 people

  • 1 cup sliced red cabbage
  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
    Chopped
  • 4 peaches
    Grilled
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
    Sliced in half
  • 2 red onions
    Sliced into quarters, grilled
  • 1 cucumber
    Sliced
  • ½ cup corn kernels

Gula Melaka Kombucha Dressing:

  • 1 clove garlic
    Minced
  • 1 tbsp gula Melaka
    Finely grated
  • ½ cup olive oil
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 chili padi
    Sliced
  • ¼ cup Kombucha

If you plan to serve it later, separate the dressing and vegetables. Add it only when you’re ready to serve.
