Serves 2 people
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 white snapper fillet
- salt to taste
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 red onion
- 1 large tomato
Seeded then small diced
- 2 Tbsp finely chopped coriander
- 2 green chili
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 ½ tbsp fresh lime juice
- Pinch of salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Add pinch of salt and black pepper to the snapper fillet.
- In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil to pan.
