Here’s a quick and easy recipe for a Japanese take on a salmon dish

  • 900 g skinless salmon fillet
    Rinsed and patted dry
  • ½ cup honey
  • 2 Tbsp lime juice
  • 2 Tbsp red miso
  • 2 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 5 large cloves garlic
    Grated
  • 3 stalks spring onions
  • 3 lemons
    Halved
  • 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper
