Here’s a quick and easy recipe for a Japanese take on a salmon dish
Serves 4 people
- 900 g skinless salmon fillet
Rinsed and patted dry
- ½ cup honey
- 2 Tbsp lime juice
- 2 Tbsp red miso
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 5 large cloves garlic
- 3 stalks spring onions
- 3 lemons
- 1 Tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper
Step 2 – Cook salmon
- Place salmon on a baking tray lined with baking paper, and coat salmon with the sauce.
- Bake salmon in the oven for 12-15 minutes, depending on thickness for a medium-rare doneness.
- Remove the salmon from oven, brush with more sauce and let it sit for 5 to 10 minutes.
