Recipe: Grilled Squid with Garlic Chili Oil by Asian Food Channel

Ingredients

Serves 4 people

  • 600 g large squid
    Gutted and cleaned
  • 3 cloves garlic
    Sliced
  • 2 chili padi (Bird’s eye chili)
    Sliced
  • 1 stalk spring onion
    Sliced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 medium-sized potatoes
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Step 1 – Prepare potato

  • Peel potatoes and cut into coins.
  • Blanch for 2 minutes then strain dry. Set aside.
