With the turn of the season, comes even more reason for steak lovers to pay Morton’s a visit. The well-loved American steakhouse has unveiled a new Sunday Lunch menu that’s as indulgent as it is delicious.
Whether you’re nursing a hangover or in need of a perk-me-up, there’s something for you. Pick from The Classic, The Dirty Mary Martini and the over-the-top Morton’s Colossal Bloody Mary Salad (yes it’s a cocktail with all the toppings you could possibly want).
Then, be spoilt for choice by the appetisers, which include the likes of their famed Centre-Cut Iceberg and signature Lobster Bisque. We’re all for the latter, a smooth and rich bisque brimming with intense flavours from the crustacean.
For the main event, Morton’s does what it does best — with satisfying meats on the grill. Tender, flavourful and juicy, the 16oz Slow Roast Prime Rib will please meat lovers.
We liked that the mashed potatoes that came along with it, was slightly chunky rather than whipped smooth.
Finally, treat your sweet tooth to the Key Lime Pie. Having had my share of cloyingly dense pies, the light and wobbly, pudding-like texture of the tangy lime pie was pretty refreshing.
Morton’s Sunday Lunch Set Menu starts at $65 and is available on Sundays from 12-3pm.
