Think Pasar Malam, but with a hipster spin. That’s the bustling Hari Raya bazaar for you.
Helmed by enterprising stall owners, some of these stalls are a nod to the viral food trends that have captured the world by storm. You’ll find rainbow bagels, pastel coloured puddings, cotton candy soft serve and more.
Here are 10 must-tries:
Rainbow Bagel [$8] Well, I couldn't pass up the chance at taking home one of them Rainbow Bagels by Word. from the Geylang Serai Bazaar! Especially since the queue was pretty nuts. The aesthetic of the bagel definitely passed with flying colours! Hah, pun. The bagel consists of strawberry cream cheese, rainbow confetti sprinkles, cookie crumble and toasted marshmallows. A tad too many ingredients in my opinion. And I must admit that I toasted the marshmallows to oblivion and it turned to soup. Whoops. Anyway, if you haven't tried it, I do recommend giving it a go, though of course, it's one of those things that's more pretty than tasty. #GeylangSerai #Bazar #Ramadhan #Ramadan #Geylang #PasarMalam #Market #FoodMarket #GeylangSeraiBazaar #Bazaar #RainbowBagel #Bagel #WordSG #WordCafe #Food #Foodie #Delicious #InstaFood #FoodPorn #SuchAFatty #Review #Hungry #SolitaryFoodie #TreatYoSelf #FoodPhotography #EXSGCafes #SugarSG #WeWantSugar #Sugar
