2. Burger & Lobster (#05-203) – coming soon

To open officially in late May, Burger & Lobster has us all salivating in wait for its first-ever outlet in Singapore. It occupies an excellent space on the top floor of Jewel, looking out at the mall’s stunning Forest Valley and Rain Vortex. London’s popular casual dining chain, like its simple name suggests, offers primarily burgers and lobsters on the menu. They are best when they slapped on together – see the classic Lobster Roll above. If you have tried Burger & Lobster overseas, you can look forward to similarly fresh lobsters, air-flown live from Nova Scotia, Canada, as in the UK outlets. We’re also excited to try the new and Singapore-exclusive dishes made with locally sourced and seasonal ingredients.
