There's more to the arrival of spring than just the beautiful sakura season — it also means that seasonal produce is at its best.
In celebration of springtime, Japan Food Town's cluster of Japanese restaurants will be introducing new lunch sets featuring seasonal ingredients, available from now until 24 May.
Here's a quick guide on what each restaurant will be offering:
Machida Shoten
Machida Shoten will be serving a fragrant Fried Rice & Gyoza Set, alongside their signature ramen cooked in a tonkotsu shoyu broth.
