There’s more to the arrival of spring than just the beautiful sakura season — it also means that seasonal produce is at its best.
In celebration of springtime, Japan Food Town’s cluster of Japanese restaurants will be introducing new lunch sets featuring seasonal ingredients, available from now until 24 May.
Here’s a quick guide on what each restaurant will be offering:
Bonta Bonta has introduced various donburi sets to their menu and the Maguro Negitoro Don is a must-try. This hearty don features bluefin tuna slices and minced tuna served atop a bed of rice.
