Tippling Club will be serving up a 6-course Krug experience menu with a range of Krug champagnes including the Krug Grand Cuvée, Krug Clos du Mesnil 2003, Krug 2003, Krug 1989 Collection, Krug Rosé, as well as a specially concocted Krug cocktail.
The six courses have each been specially created by Chef Clift to complement the unique qualities of the accompanying Krug champagne. “To me, there is no better accompaniment than Krug champagnes with food. The flavours that work with the champagne are some of my favourites – from the best crustaceans, to the most delicate vegetables and a cut of fatty wagyu, the possibilities are endless,” says Chef Clift.

He wanted to offer his clients the ultimate pleasure experience in Champagne every year, regardless of the annual changes in climate.

The Krug experience menu will be served at S$895++ per pax as a fully private experience for groups of 8 to 12 guests at BIN 38, the private dining room at Tippling Club that comes fully equipped with it’s own state-of-the-art research and development kitchen. The menu is now available at Tippling Club from Mondays to Saturdays for lunch and dinner upon reservation.
